We process the contact, company, project and message details you choose to provide when sending an enquiry by email. The web form creates a local email draft; the data does not leave your device until you choose to send the message through your email provider.
Personal data is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations or contracts, manage business communications and protect our systems. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in relevant B2B communication and security, and compliance with a legal obligation where applicable.
Data may be processed by our email, IT and hosting suppliers where needed to provide the service. Helimax is established in the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred from the EU or EEA, applicable safeguards and contractual terms are used where data-protection law requires them.
Data is retained while needed to handle the enquiry, business relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. It is then deleted or anonymised unless it must be retained longer to comply with law or contract, or to manage legal claims.

The current static website uses no non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking and therefore sets no such cookie. Technically necessary hosting-platform functions may operate. If non-essential cookies are introduced, they will be activated only after valid consent, with a way to withdraw that consent.
Technical website content is general information, not a purchase specification, binding assurance or engineering approval. Final requirements arise only through a signed quotation, order, specification and shipment documents. Origin, mill, availability and suitability are order-specific.
